From a young age, I found solace and joy in the kitchen, watching my grandmother and aunts whip up excellent, flavorful meals with little money. They relied solely on their passion for cooking and their inspiration, fueled by love.
Over the years, my culinary journey has taken me from home cook to culinary graduate and now working professional. Throughout my journey, I have taken my family's spirit with me by using everything but the “kitchen sink” to absorb diverse cultural influences and refine my skills.
